Back2Basics is a lifestyle I've adapted based on the rawtill4 principles of eating raw unlimited, whole fruits/greens during the day and cooked carbs and vegetables for dinner.  
 
There is no calorie restriction whatsoever.  Women should aim for a minimum of 2500 calories and men should strive for at least 3000 calories.  When I first started I had alot of trouble getting that much fruit into me through the day. I was always feeling full and bloated until my digestive system detoxed and bowels kicked in again.
 
By following this whole food, plant based diet and exercising regularly (at least every 2nd day) you will slowly start to see long term, sustainable results like Freelee the banana girl, the creator and inspiration behind rawtill4.

Other common health benefits of this lifestyle are lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, better blood sugar, lower cancer rates, better sleep, less inflammation, more energy, glowing skin, better digestion & happier mood.

 

Food isn't the only important aspect of this lifestyle. Hydration is so important as well. It's recommended to drink around 3-4 liters of water per day. One in the morning upon waking (with lemon), one before each meal, and more as desired. Drinking plenty of water hydrates your cells and keeps your system moving smoothly.


Back2Basics is a lifestyle that will heal your mind and body. Almost everyone comes from a past of unhealthy eating; eating disorders, dieting, a diet high in processed foods, etc.  By transitioning into this lifestyle, you're healing your body from all the past damages that you have done.
REMEMBER a whole food plant, based diet is not an overnight quick fix as the body needs time to heal naturally & repair damage done over the years
 

By consuming a diet high in carbohydrates you will be filled with energy.  You will want to exercise and be active which is great!  A fitness/meal plan will be created to meet & achieve your own personal goals.
