I have created Back2Basics based on the 'rawtill4' lifestyle & principles because it's the ONLY diet I've tried that works for me and is most importantly > sustainable long term!
As an athlete, working as a jockey I've tried every diet, fitness & weight loss program known to man, most of the time putting on more weight than before I started!
I've been to PT's, Dietitians, Nutritionists, tried shakes, low carb diets, Paleo diet & the list goes on... I realise now that none of these diets worked because they are 'fad diets', 'quick fixes' that arn't sustainable long term. These are the types of diets society pressures us into because we 'THINK' it is the healthy way to lose weight.. Luckily for me and you there is another way! :)
By following my simple B2B lifestyle you get to eat as many carbs as desired, do minimal exercise, lose weight, gain your health back & feel amazing instead of under-carbed, tired & unhealthy.
I'v recently had a baby via c section and had no trouble getting my
pre-baby body back without intense exercise by following my B2B lifestyle. I'm nearly due again with my 2nd baby and I'm not at all worried about getting my weight/ body back because this lifestyle REALLY works!!!
As an athlete I've always been interested in nutrition & fitness.
In 2012 I studied certificate 3 & 4 in personal training but did not complete the certification due to finding this amazing way of living.
After I discovered the B2B lifestyle I found it extremely hard to teach and promote traditional nutrition & PT training.
My first encounter with the 'rawtill4' lifestyle was in 2013 when I had a major breakdown at work (related to my extremely low weight) , so I took some time off & spent 2 weeks at the Rocklyn Ashram in Victoria. It was the best thing I ever did! The Ashram followed a simple Indian vegetarian diet which made me realise that I didn't actually need to eat meat, especially when the vegetarian food tasted sooooo good!!!
It was also were I learnt about Freelee the banana girl & her 'rawtill4 program which I have followed, trialed & adapted over the years until finally coming up with my own personalised Back2Basics lifestyle.
After all my weight struggles, wasted money & time spent on fad diets, promoting & teaching this lifestyle is extremely important to me because I honestly don't know were I would be without it!!
This way of living has changed my life & outlook forever, my goal is to help at least one person, who like me, knew no other way.
Once you try it you wont ever want to go back! X
